Cruise stay

Liked: Staff was nice. I got in super early for a cruise and was hoping for a room but they were all booked. They did offer to keep our luggage while we got a bite to eat. They also offered a cruise shuttle for a small fee instead of having to take an uber.
Disliked: NA

The stay was disappointing due...

Liked: No hot water very old and dated hotel not what u expect from Mariott. And Evan worse no facilities around we were forced to eat at there bar 8 chicken wings and Mac and cheese three beers for 76$ wow later found out the add in a 20 percent gratuity not advertised only found out when i asked for a paper check. Very devious of the bar staff they never told anyone I’m sure everyone double tipped them. Front desk said we would get a partial refund because no hot water but there giving us the run around. Very disappointing.
Disliked: Unbelievable waited 45 min to be picked up from airport as well. And had to take Lyft to our cruise ship. They were over booked and to full. To fit us in.
