Enjoyed everything about the hotel - no complaints.
Liked: Everyone from valet to housekeeping was very very friendly.
Disliked: Dust on the desk chair legs was visible.

Good downtown location, not sure...
Liked: Breakfast was good, standard hotel eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, cold cereal etc. Breakfast area was clean and food was constantly being restocked.The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room was a bed, couch, desk and area with small fridge and microwave. This is not a “suite” to me. I expected a separate bedroom. There were spilled coffee (?) stains on the wall by the bed, one side of bedroom nightstand had no plug in (just a hole where they should have been). Elevator was missing floor buttons but this did get repaired while we were there.

Liked: Good location, good breakfast
Disliked: Some staff members. Room was not serviced on first day. Called customer services and was informed that rooms only serviced every other day. Requested towels, not delivered as agreed. Spoke with receptionist afterwards - informed us that room should be serviced every day. Organised towels. I understand that mistakes are made and missing servicing occurs but not incorrect excuses being made or minor correctional actions not occurring

The location was great for...
Liked: Best continental breakfast bar I've ever experienced.Valet had car ready for me quickly every time I requested it.
Disliked: Bathroom smelled musty and toilet wasn't tight to floor. Bathroom/vanity area layout was awkward.TV stuck out from wall in passageway and I had to put luggage underneath to keep from walking into an edge of the TV.I hate valet parking to begin. $36/night seemed excessive. When I checked my car in I was told I'd have access to it to put things in and take things out. But later I got scolded for going to it alone. I was supposed to be accompanied by a valet.Had to request car via a webform, something else I hate; the intrusion of tech into everything.Desk staff seemed inconvenienced at times and when I asked if they had a place to mail mail the response made me feel like I interrupted some important daydreaming.
