If I was on vacation...

Liked: The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No mention that the hotel is under construction/ upgrade with workers everywhere doing everything from wallpaper to flooring in the elevator. The pool and gym were off-limits and the lobby was a workshop during the afternoon and evening.NO MENTION OF WORK NOR COMPENSATION WAS OFFERED DURING THE 5-DAY STAY. The room was looked in on after the fourth day - coffee, trash, and towels were seen to then.

Best stay by far.

Liked: The location was great, the room was big and lots of space. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so good, lots of different selections. The breakfast lady was super polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Never again

Disliked: Swimming pool, hot tub, and gym was closed due to construction. Which are all the reasons we got this hotel for. Batbroom in our room was disgusting and dirty. Hair all iver floor toilet dirty. Breakfast there was only warm orange juice for juice choices. We could hear our neighbor constantly opening and shutting door (was extremely loud). Homeless arguing outside if window all night.

Liked: The rooms were spacious, and accommodating for a family. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very kind courteous and friendly
Disliked: We were not told in advance the pool was under construction and hot bfast unavailable and not offered a discount. The pool and hot bfast were the main reasons we chose this hotel. However we were able to walk to the hotel next door and receive hot bfast. The pillows were not supportive and uncomfortable

Liked: We liked the location, close to stores, shopping centers, food, etc.The size of the room was fabulous. Other things were not.
Disliked: The sofa in our room had large stains and felt gross, just dingy, the mattress had stains on it...like, big ones. The hotel was under construction which we understand but were not aware of until arrival. The breakfast was terrible, even for continental. Slimy sandwiches, stale cereal, watered down oatmeal.

C. Great location with easy...

Liked: Breakfast options were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Convenient location to places to eat and shop. Easy access to freeway.
Disliked: pillows were a little soft for me.
