Exceptional

Alright, would return if improvements...

Liked: Room layout was nice, decor fresh and pretty.
Disliked: AC is way too loud...very old. Window shade torn and off the track...difficult to open and close. Crack and deep scratches in vanity top. Refrigerator door falling off at top. Bed a bit too firm.

It was underwhelming

Liked: Location was great and staff was friendly
Disliked: The room was dirty, there was dog hair and someone's hair clip left on the floor and there was also a pill of who knows what left beside the tv, I feel like the room was NOT CLEAN and I traveled with my children and it made me feel very grossed out. I have another reservation that I made and paid for because the reviews said this hotel was good and clean. Well I don't know what happened because it was not clean. In the future I will continue to stay at another hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been better.

Great location, clean & comfortable...

Liked: Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with our late check-in and arranging an airport shuttle pickup, even with our snowboards and large bags. Breakfast was awesome - tons of options. Beds were super comfortable, and rooms had adequate soundproof windows/walls so that we didn't notice the planes flying in/out of the airport.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say, we really enjoyed our quick stay!
