Friendly staff, great value, enjoyed...

Liked: *Close to the freeway *Staff was very helpful and welcoming *Rooms are very accommodating for a family *Plenty of room to get ready - mirrors, lighting etc*Microwave in room
Disliked: *This wasn’t a big deal for us as we were only staying for one night, but fyi the elevators are not working and supposedly will be down for a while - repairs to begin in 2 weeks. So you will have to carry your luggage up however many flights to where your room is. But staff did offer to help so again it’s more of a heads up. *Not many food choices nearby - there is a Black Bear Diner next to the hotel, but they weren’t open late. We ended up finding a Carls Jr like 5 minutes away. *You can hear people above you, or for example kids, if they’re running back and forth. Which we only heard the morning of when we were checking out so it wasn’t a big deal.

Liked: All of the staff were happy and caring people. They were all very welcoming and liked to joke around as well.
Disliked: Small downfall was the elevator being down, was hard with two small babies to take stuff to rooms and them as well. I know it's not the staffs fault, just was a bit of a bummer is all.

ELEVATORS NOT WORKING SINCE 2/24/24

Liked: the only thing to like for this location was the actual location!
Disliked: I have stayed here 3 times this year. the first time it was good. 2nd time the elevator was not working l. had my in laws and uncle (seniors) walk 3 floors! it was horrible. we decided to give it a try and hoped the elevator would be fixed. WE SHOW UP A WHOLE MONTH LATER AND AGAIN THE ELEVATORS ARE NOT WORKING! don’t recommend this place. never again staying here.

Liked: Great location and breakfast
Disliked: Elevator broke for over a month, and had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Then when we got to our room, it was dirty with food wrappers on the living room floor! We didn't wan to have to lug everything to a new room, so we didn't even report it. To make matters even more uncomfortable, the AC stopped working at 11p, so we had to move anyways! So, we had to pack up and carry everything up 2 more flights to the 3rd level! To add injury to insult, the hotel compensated us with 2 bottles waters for the inconvenience! Really?!?!??
