Liked: Was very clean most of the staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Was told by the first desk clerk to sign up for rewards program and return to desk and they would get my points added to my account when I returned the clerk acted like he did and I was never awarded my points. I HATE F'N LIARS

Very good, would stay at...

Liked: Great selection of breakfast items. Very good fresh fruit and water. Staff kept everything stocked and refreshed.
Disliked: No tv service during our stay.

Springhill resort

Liked: The front desk was so fun to be around. He/she was so funny, kind helpful and absolutely gorgeous. It made the experience so much easier for us to get in our rooms and was able to fix a mistake I had made while booking. Very accommodating. Don't let that person go. I don't remember his/ her name but absolutely made things great for us. Well done on your staff.
Disliked: The tvs service was out, obviously your staff nor the hotel was to blame for this just an unfortunate set of outside events. I'm am not complaining. We really had a great experience.

Pleasant

Liked: Cheyenne at the front desk who helped us get a safer chair.
Disliked: That we had to clean the leftover food in the fridge so we put our food in it.

Liked: Centrally located, large room and comfortable bed, breakfast included was nice
