Liked: The maid never came to our room despite me asking two days in a row to have her come. Saw her in the hall and she said she wasn’t the maid but had a cart of clean towels and cleaning supplies
Disliked: No maid service despite seeing them and no one came even when asked face to face

Disliked: rooms and carpet dated! bathrooms not clean in corners or behind toilet!

Disliked: It was very dirty. Fan did not work in bathroom. Stains all over couch. Only needed my stay until Thursday. They charged me still for Friday
