It was an adequate place...
Liked: Check in and out was simple and fast. Beds were comfortable and slept well even though we were in a different bed/location than home. The suite gave us that little extra room to spread out. Breakfast staff was very attentive and caring.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working properly. We even had a late check-in yet the thermostat was set to 85 degrees when we arrived. It did not cool the room until early the next morning. Mentioned to the front desk but was met with "meh". No other rooms were available and no real solution was offered. After being out the next day and returning in the evening the thermostat was back to 85 degrees. The A/C unit repeating the night before's inability to properly cool the room. Cosmetically, there was a sizable hole worn in the hallway carpet by the elevators giving an appearance of lack of caring by management and staff.Front desk staff could be more friendly rather than going through the motions of their tasks.

Disappointment
Disliked: - The night we checked in, we found the air conditioner turned up and running all the way, although the air outside was cool, it was freezing inside. It had probably been running non-stop since the housekeeping service in the morning until 9pm.- The next day, when we didn't turn on the air conditioner, we noticed that there was an incredible smell of damp in the room. Since the windows weren't opened, it couldn't be ventilated, and probably the air conditioner had been turned on so hard when we checked in to suppress this bad smell. The bad smell bothered us until we left.- It's not enough to provide housekeeping service once every 3 days. That's probably why the rooms are so dirty.- We walked around the room for 5 minutes without shoes on, wearing white socks, and our socks were pitch black. We threw them in the trash because they couldn't be washed.- Of course, we should reuse towels to protect the planet, don't change sheets often, and provide room service when needed, but while on the one hand you leave brochures in the room that emphasize this sensitivity, on the other hand there is a management approach that is completely incompatible with this. I think that serving breakfast on cardboard plates, with plastic forks and knives, which will constantly create waste, is a very absurd and backward-thinking practice that causes unnecessary waste. People even refrain from drinking their coffee in cardboard cups anymore, you use plastic forks and knives in a hotel where dozens of people eat breakfast. Unbelievable. -There is only one thick curtain in the room on the ground floor, when it is open, people in the parking lot can see directly into the room. When you close it, it is completely dark. There should be another thin tulle curtain, etc.

Disliked: Horrible staff. I was double charged and still did not receive my money. They did not care about the customers. No breakfast with 1 hour before breakfast time ending.

Disliked: WiFi did not work at all for my UK phone. I was told it was due to the fact it was foreign phone. But it connects to WiFi OK in all other accommodations.
