We will ALWAYS stay at...

Liked: The location is a very short walk to the heart of Mass Street. The hotel staff are absolute professionals who were fantastic when we had questions or requests. The room was immaculate with a gorgeous view of the river.

Loud train near hotel.

Liked: The location was convenient near downtown Lawrence with easy parking.
Disliked: There is a very loud train at night and all of the rooms in the hotel face the train. -

Liked: The staff was very nice
Disliked: Same options everyday for breakfast. Hot tub was out of order pool was extremely cold with high levels of chemicals. I got sick from the chemicals. When checked into my room there was blood splatter on the AC with multiple spider webs. One bed had dirty sheets and my bathroom light didn't work. Day 2 the toilet went out I had to fix this myself with no light. No housekeeping the entire stay. I informed the front desk on day 1 nothing was resolved

Disappointing

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: We booked here specifically for the river view - our room though had very disgusting dirty windows, greatly distracting from the view. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years.
