Our Trip to Henderson

Liked: The breakfast was great the hostess kept the food plentiful and stocked never empty . The room were very comfortable and overall very satisfied.
Disliked: The pool was clised.but they allowed us to go to the other property near by

Liked: Please call me. I already have made a huge complaint with Marriott. I should be given a refund for my stay.

Disliked: The breakfast is ridiculous. First of all, it only goes until 830 every day but Saturday and Sunday.. which you when you were on vacation you don’t always want to be restricted by those time frames. But we did it. We got up early to be down there by 8 o’clock and then when we got there, everything was gone. When we asked a staff member, they stated that we’re almost done. We are not putting anything else out. So in reality breakfast goes until about 7:45 or eight when everything is gone. Which one you have hungry kids does not go over well. The fact that they provide breakfast is misleading if this is the way that they are going to operate.
