Liked: The room was spacious ,clean ,comfortable bed The breakfast was of a good standard Swimming pool on the 24 floor with great viewLaundry also on 24 floor so you can sit by pool while your laundry is happening

An amazingly good stay with...

Liked: The room was nice and clean, and being on the 17th floor, the window view was mesmerizing. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and a convertible sofa-bed. The housekeeping service was amazing, and the dining area was clean. Almost all the staff were very friendly and polite, adding to the overall positive experience.
Disliked: The bathroom lighting stopped working after one day. Despite requesting accommodation for three adults staying for 4 nights, we were only provided one toilet paper roll and two towels in the beginning, we had to request additional resources by calling them. The toilet was not soundproof, making for an embarrassing lack of privacy, and when the toilet light was on, people outside could see our shadows against the translucent glass door. Additionally, we had to pay an extra $19 per night for parking our car in their garage. Although the breakfast was delicious, the menu was same every morning. The drinking water dispenser in the reception area took 15-30 minutes to purify and dispense water, which was a significant inconvenience. The dining area was small and needed few minutes to find a spot to sit since it was always crowded.

Disliked: Reception staff didn’t welcome poor communication skills of reception staff not smiling not listening rude behaviour . i booked parking . she didnt give any information where to park . i parked in parking near entrance later found out it is not allowed then asked other receptionist she informed i have to park in garage and it works with room key next day I couldnt enter the garage with room key I went yo receptionist 4 times he was not helpful at all he said each time he has programmed and it will work I came back and forth 4 times but it was still not working later he said just take ticket and speak yo morning staff . next morning staff sorted it in few minutes. i gound mist staff unprofessional and not trained properly . there was no complimentary water yhey said you have to buy from reception later saw people feeling bottles from water cooler in lobby . I asked reception again she said yes you can fill here as well so unless you adk again and again they didn’t give you the information despite you are paying there for the services
