Room and breakfast was excellent...

Liked: Convenient to restaurants and stores
Disliked: Booked because it listed a jacuzzi and it wasn’t working. Mentioned it to front desk and they said it has been an ongoing problem. I could have booked another hotel that just had an indoor pool for a lot less. Pool was cold and not very clean. Had scum line across the sides of it. Only one elevator and it didn’t sound good. We used the stairs.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been better and more choices not the same thing every day.

The staff my stay feel...

Liked: The staff my stay even better. They let me check in early because my daughter ended up with car sickness on the way to Lansing. They were so nice and went above and beyond. Thwy felt more like family. The rooms are a great size, very comfy beds. Pool and hottub are nice. Thank you.
Disliked: The room had a little garbage left around the bed. Hottub jets did not work.
