Good
Liked: Average spread, some of the stuff seemed old. Location was adequate.
Disliked: We arrived at what I thought was a normal time, 6-7pm, on a weekday and supposedly every single other family room was sold out and we got put in the handicap room with no tub.

Disliked: the unacceptable and deeply upsetting treatment I received upon arrival at hotel, following an extremely long and exhausting journey.After three flights, multiple plane changes, and more than 24 hours of travel, I arrived at hotel—only to be completely ignored and disrespected by your front desk staff(TAQUOYA).The receptionist checked my passport once and told me there was no reservation under my name or is one but Canceled. Despite trying to show her proof of my confirmed Booking, the full payment receipt, and all related correspondence, she refused to assist me further. I remained polite and respectful throughout, yet she responded with dismissive gestures, ignored my explanations, and insisted repeatedly that if I wanted to stay at “our hotel,” I would have to pay, even if I had already paid my reservation for 13 nights through Booking.I was visibly exhausted and deeply humiliated, practically begging for help for 2 hours, while she remained completely uncooperative. I asked her multiple times to check again, to search by the booking reference or even scan the list more carefully—but she refused. She did not even consider the possibility of a booking error or name variation.Eventually, after standing at the reception for nearly an hour and a half, I happened to see the reservation myselfI was the one who solved the situation by randomly spotting my reservation on her printed list — under my name, which is clearly shown in my passport.Only then did she give me the room key, without any apology, no explanation, and no basic hotel information like breakfast hours or deposit policy. She simply threw the card at me and walked away. In all this time, related to Sunday at 20:00 I couldn’t contacted the manager or someone of Booking staff.Additionally, I must mention Mr. Travis Murphy, who was contacted next day regarding the situation.
