Disliked: Wish there could have been coffee available for our trip home. Some fruit or packaged snacks available for early travelers would have been nice. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Liked: Excellent Location! Within walking distance or short drive to so much shopping, dining, entertainment, etc! We loved the complimentary, hot breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms (those bed pillows are heavenly!) and stylish decor. Staff was wonderful throughout entire stay!
Disliked: Breakfast variety. We stayed over the weekend and had the same breakfast two mornings in a row. A little variety would be nice.

Liked: The friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the entire building, including common areas.
Disliked: Beds are subjective for taste of individuals but the bed was a bit too firm for me. Otherwise everything was good

Affordable location for a quality...

Liked: Great stay and location. My partner and I came to Knoxville for a class reunion and the hotel was around a lot of nice activities. The lobby was nice, breakfast was pretty good and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The TV location was a bit odd but luckily it was on a swivel so we could rotate and watch from bed. Housekeeping didn't clean the room for a 2-day stay.
