A MUST STAY

Liked: Excellent interactions with the entire hotel staff! They are professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly!The room is wonderful! Spacious, clean and everything you expect from an exceptional hotel. Delicious FREE breakfast that has actual sustenance to it. There’s literally something for everyone.This location is close to everything in driving distance for those like us who aren’t extremely mobile.Great facilities and EXTREMELY clean!Bed comfortable with plenty of pillows.The 3 in one couch and ottoman are a great bonus in the rooms. If you’re short like me you will need to use the ottoman while sitting on the couch because my feet didn’t reach the floor.Terrence and Hannah were phenomenal!
Disliked: Be cautious when pulling into the parking lot because there’s a limited space when coming to check in.

Disliked: Suggest creating signage and a separate check-in lane for those checking in. It’s really frustrating when you are returning to the hotel and wanting to access the parking garage and someone is parked blocking the middle of the driveway. A simple sign directing those checking in to stay to the left would alleviate that issue.
