Disliked: The cleanness of the facility.

Disliked: Went to take a shower and the handle came off.

Liked: Very nice room. Clean and comfortable
Disliked: No one was available to bring extra towels up to the room. I had to go to the desk. Good room and decent price

I’ll probably stay again, but...

Liked: Everything was very nice about the hotel. We were in town for a baseball game so location was perfect.
Disliked: I understand having to follow the rules, but saying that three people stood at the front desk, staring at several people for over 30 minutes, wanting to check in many of us did not want to go to our room, we just wanted to check in so we could head over to the game. They would not allow it. They would not allow it until exactly the exact moment. Then one of the machines wouldn’t work we were late to the game then when we got back, we had to stand in another long line to finally get to our rooms. There must be an easier way on game days

Liked: Breakfast was good, we only stayed one night, so it was just fine. The room was spacious (queen suite). The TV remote didn't work that good, but it didn't matter
