Liked: Decided to stay extra day so talked to night staff where NO was going to be the only quick and obvious answer. Booked smaller room thru bookings.com. Next day I called front desk to ask how the move to smaller room would work. Ten minutes later I was checked back in to my same bigger room at same price. THIS is how you get return business. Thank you!
Disliked: Night shift desk person.

Great stay

Liked: The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly. Check in was a breeze. They even mentioned how there were a lot of things going on in the area.
Disliked: Not really much to say negative at all.

Disliked: Found hair in the tub, shower curtain and in the bed sheets
