Disliked: $1 was deducted when I checked in, and $150 was deducted from me at 8 a.m. on May 23. I went downstairs and asked the front desk and told me that it would be refunded within three working days without loss, but it has not been returned so far. Why?

Liked: The breakfast on the weekdays is far better than the weekend. My wife loves the spinach quiche that she had on the Friday we were there. The weekend breakfasts were good, just my if gluten intolerant and she really can't eat much that is offered. We love the room layout and the cleanliness. The hotel is wonderful, and we will stay there every time we are in KC.
Disliked: There really isn't much that I didn't like. I guess if I have to find something it's the one way street you have to take to get there. If you don't know the area it can be difficult.
