Liked: The staff was excellent. They were so helpful and friendly. Very professional
Disliked: Need to use California king sheets on king bed. Too short sheets, kept coming off a lot. Also need to have creamers for the coffee.

Great except for construction noise...

Liked: Room was very nice, staff friendly
Disliked: Wish they would tell you that there would be early morning construction noise that did not allow us to sleep in. Everything else was good, but the noise level was very loud due to the amount of construction.

Liked: The location is fantastic for why we were in Lenexa. It is a great area with lots of things to do nearby.
Disliked: The breakfast has always been a little bit of a disappointment.

Liked: Convenient location for the swim meet.
Disliked: The beds were not very comfortable. Little bit rigid.

Liked: Turkey sausage wasn't great. Love that bagels are available; coffee and variety of yogurt options/oatmeal toppings is A+. The waffles (with a bit of crunch - brown sugar topping?) were amazing! The kitchen staff are awesome!
Disliked: The bed always hurts my back (time for new mattresses?) Please get firm! No one needs plush. No one. Add in two washcloths for the guests, please.
