Nice hotel in a safe,...

Liked: It was a newer hotel and the rooms are a really roomy, comfortable size.
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited with oatmeal and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches being the main items available. The towels weren’t soft, but instead kind of scratchy. The shower curtain had a dirty hand print on it from previous guests. One of the elevators was broken. The clerk checking us in admittedly said she didn’t know what she was doing and the check in process was not smooth because of that.

Liked: Quiet and located near a variety of food options.
Disliked: Parking deck was confusing.

Superb

Liked: The staff was excellent. They were so helpful and friendly. Very professional
Disliked: Need to use California king sheets on king bed. Too short sheets, kept coming off a lot. Also need to have creamers for the coffee.

Great except for construction noise...

Liked: Room was very nice, staff friendly
Disliked: Wish they would tell you that there would be early morning construction noise that did not allow us to sleep in. Everything else was good, but the noise level was very loud due to the amount of construction.

Liked: The location is fantastic for why we were in Lenexa. It is a great area with lots of things to do nearby.
Disliked: The breakfast has always been a little bit of a disappointment.
