It was a good stay...
Liked: Breakfast was nice, room is clean, pool is nice and warm and the hotel is accessible to a lot of place. The other receptionist name Marian is very kind, patient and professional.
Disliked: I don’t normally give a negative feedback but I will tell my experience this time. During my check in the reception manager (Chanty) was a little bit mean to me when she was unable to find my name on the system. Although I already showed the confirmation number and the app from the 3rd party reservation (Booking .com) showed active/confirm. She said “I could only see the once that you canceled. Are you sure you booked this location? The only one I see here is the booking that you canceled. You’re gonna have to call them since you booked through them. “ Then when I was already talking to the customer service the other receptionist (Marian) was able to find my reservation but only found it in under my Maiden Name. Was asked for my if again for confirmation. Then that is the time the tone of Chanty’s voice changed. And told me that I can hang up to the customer service. Lighting there is not enough light and once you shut it off, you think the plug in are working (eg: chargers) no they are not working.Most of my family members and me woke up past 2 in he morning sweating, we felt like the ac was turn off or was only on fan.
