Disliked: Night shift front desk staff didn't help much with check in issues. Noises came from wall and ceiling that sounds like a bad water leak. Room 114

Liked: I like how clean it was friendly staff great location and you feel safe
Disliked: People at the front desk need to speak English and understand English. There should be. Ice maker on all floors. The pool is small.

Liked: Place is very clean
Disliked: I was double charged. 1st by booking.com and then the hotel. It was supposedto be the deposit but they charged the night. Now It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my refund.
