Nice hotel in Jackson Hole,...

Liked: Newly renovated hotel, nice room with great beds.
Disliked: Two elevators broke down at the same time, making it hard to reach our floor. One of them remained broken for two days.

Liked: Location is great and hotel is clean.
Disliked: The price is exorbitant for what you get. Rooms are very loud, you now have to pay for parking, and after a housekeeping visit I didn’t even get my complimentary lotion replaced after using it all. Water pressure is terrible, toilet paper is like cardboard. Overall, a decent hotel, but not for $550 a night plus $22 for parking. Will be at an Airbnb next time!

Superb

Liked: Breakfast place was nice and easy to have a seat, but the variety offered could be a little better. Central location, close walking to the center city. The room size exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: As I said before, the breakfast variety could be improved.

We loved our stay there...

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The staff were always friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The cost was on the high side. Then wanted to charge parking fee on top of that. Luckily there was a free parking deck directly across the street.

Disliked: Poor breakfast service
