Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the room was really big, and it was real quiet through the night.
Disliked: The TV was kinda in a weird spot but it had the stand to move it around. The breakfast was okay. A lot of the items were soggy.

Great place, but awful staff.

Liked: The rooms were amazing and clean - the layout was modern and had so much room. Also, hands-down the best breakfast ever for a hotel stay, even though there was a miscommunication on Christmas hours and people were treated rudely by the staff because the lack of information passed to them by their on-site management team.
Disliked: The staff was the worst part of the experience as (2) or more of your team members misled me with contradicting information about Refresh Services and extended check-out times, and when corrected they admitted their fault yet still didn't provide solutions to these issues. The lack of care from your team is the #1 reason I'll think twice about staying there every again, as someone who understands that being a good customer service agent means owning responsibility of your actions, it's unfair that it's your team stopping patrons like myself to ever stay there.
