Disappointing

Liked: The smoke alarm in my room kept beeping and the TV was broke they said they would fix it and never did
Disliked: The room was not up to my standards

Would use again

Liked: Large room, bed fairly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Windows on 4th floor opened without any screen or safety mechanism (we have young kids that we watch closely but it's still a risk), pool was cold, breakfast was only until 9 during the week and 10 on weekends, microwave couldn't fit a 12oz baby bottle

The price was too high...

Liked: Breakfast ok. Good sausage gravy and biscuits on Saturday. Sunday biscuits were hard. Good coffee.
Disliked: I don't eat eggs or bacon.

Our stay was very uncomfortable...

Liked: Gym was nice
Disliked: It said 2 beds but it was really a king bed and a pull out mattress trundle bed that smelled horrible! My daughter had to sleep on the couch the whole trip which wasn’t comfortable and the hotel was very overpriced for only having one bed for a family.
