Will not choose to stay...

Liked: Breakfast was terrible. Staff couldn’t understand requests. Charged premium price for a less than par stay. Sheets had stains. Carpet in room had stains. Bed was uncomfortable. Bath tub was not clean upon arrival.
Disliked: Price was really high for the product. Both beds had stains in sheets. Carpet had stains. Tub was dirty upon arrival. Uncomfortable bed. Kitchen staff when making a request for a bagel had to ask “what is a bagel again”.

Very good

Liked: Wonderful, clean, comfortable. Great staff, so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was above and beyond my imagination.
Disliked: Other guests with children that were slamming their doors.

Liked: Location to the hospital. It was clean.
Disliked: Noisy people running in the hall and the slamming doors. I one thing that really upset me was the you required another credit card for incidentals??? We aren't drunks or destructive people. This is why we don't stay in hotels/motels much anymore.

Liked: Was very good breakfast. So close to the medical facilities.

Liked: Going to Assencion St Vincent. Location fine. Breakfast wonderful

Liked: The location of the hotel, friendliness & efficiency of the staff. Check In was easy & quick; I was located in a room near the elevators & ice machine without even asking! Breakfast was hot & tasty, with enough choices for me.
Disliked: Hotel is starting to show its age but was extremely clean.

Disliked: The staff was not very accommodating. It was well after 3pm before we were able to check in. The pool was cold and had broken, sharp tiles near the entry steps. The beds were not comfortable. The tub drained slowly. Not a good overall experience.

Good

Liked: Check in was easy. Location is easy to get to from Pacers Athletic Center.
Disliked: We didn't care for the breakfast. We only ate one morning at the hotel. Our couch and shower could have been cleaner.
