Liked: Not overpopulated with people
Disliked: Staff were rude. Told them we hadn’t had our room cleaned since being there for at that time 3 days, and the front office argued saying we had just arrived that day and said “don’t lie to me honey” we were there since Friday and we complained on that Monday. We had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels. Needs stricter rules for pool area (I was on the first floor and at 2 am there were people arguing outside my window Nobody cleaned out roomThe room felt “wet” ac not working properly? Beds were HARD

Liked: Great location near to where I needed to be for work. Staff were really nice and friendly.
Disliked: Use of disposable cutlery and plates at breakfast.

Liked: The room layout, the bar, the ease of checkout/check-in
Disliked: The ceilings were very thin, we could hear very loud upstairs neighbors one night, keeping us up unnecessarily. We also had a slow drain and some improperly installed/cracked tile in the bathroom. The breakfast also wasn’t as good as other SpringHill Suites properties we’ve stayed at.
