Need more better staff

Liked: Great location, great value, and close to major highways.
Disliked: Upon checking in the staff was a bit rude. I called in to the front desk as I was heading to Houston he couldn't find my reservation after I gave it to him repeatedly. Come to find out he was trying to cancel my reservation when my sister checked into the same hotel. At the front desk overnight no one was available as I waited patiently in the lobby for over 10 minutes I had to dial the front desk just to get some assistance. When she came to the front instead of asking are you checking in, or how can I help you is "how you get in here" where the door was open and it was after midnight.
