Great location, great hotel!

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! Facilities were clean employees were helpful and inviting!
Disliked: There is nothing I can think of, we'll definitely stay here again!

Superb

Liked: Cleanliness and hospitality of staff
Disliked: The location comes across as sketchy and parking was $10 daily

Love the separate toilet from...

Liked: Accessibility, first floor room was nice. Easy to navigate.
Disliked: Too much highway noise. One of our towels was not clean. Dingy, with crusty blue stuff on it (toothpaste?)

Comfortable. Location of hotel away from city center poses some transportation challenges.

Disliked: Breakfast food (eggs, sausage) cold - all 3 days of stay. I think they use hot water to keep the food warm - instead of a Buffet Chafer like Sterno. The lady in the serving area was very distant and quiet. Rarely made eye contact or spoke to guests. Looked unhappy in her role.
