Liked: Location was perfect! Booking was a breeze. Staff were friendly and welcome us with a smile. Bed was very comfortable. Just s pleasant stay.
Disliked: Couldn't get TV to work. Floors in bathroom and shower area were very sticky.

Liked: I am NOT the best person to critique the breakfast because I am not a breakfast person, however, the setup and flow was something I did appreciate.
Disliked: I had a mobile fan in my room I assumed to be on to dry the carpet. It wasn't a huge deal, but service wise, it should have been taken out of the room before a guests entered.

Liked: Best thing about Spring Hill was Norma, the lady at the front desk.
Disliked: Older property that could use a facelift. Wet carpet and sticky wooden furniture didn't help.

Disliked: I didn't like the price of the room for the location.
