Disliked: We stayed for 77 days and housekeeping services did nothing come to our room 6 of the 7 days. We had to get clean towels from front desk. Front desk person said each time they would tell housekeeping to come to our room the next day and they never did. Wet dirty towels piled up for days. No excuse in my opinion.

Disliked: We accidentally got a room on the highway side, so it was pretty loud all night.

Liked: The hotel was decently clean. The room I checked into was clean.
Disliked: Upon checking in the desk agent wasn't very welcoming. She was actually looking at her phone when she walked up to the desk, so she didn't notice I was standing there. Once she realized I was standing there, it was a flat "what can I do for you?" I had already paid my booking, yet she was trying to charge me again...not sure how she missed my booking after being asked my name and phone numbers a few times. Was handed my room key with no explanation of amenities of the hotel, not the breakfast time, nothing about housekeeping, not even nothing about the wifi. The room was fairly decent the sink in the bathroom drained really slow. Housekeeping was horrible. I came back to the room to find pillows on the floor and not all the trash taken. Also the towels were taken even though they weren't placed on the floor...the hand towels were restocked but the face towels weren't. I was very disappointed, seemed like the cleaning of the room was rushed.

Disliked: Our sofa bed mattress was filty nasty with mold and dried old blood stains. I requested a change and no facility person was on hand so at 9:30pm at night i was switched room to accommodate a cleaner environment for my kids.
