Disliked: Half of the mattress was badly sagging, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I only discovered this at night when I went to bed. The bed is the most important part of a hotel stay — every hotelier knows that.The ice machine on the floor was out of order. Around the pool, almost all the lights were broken, and exposed wires were within reach of any child. This is a serious safety hazard.

Nice location, large room, breakfast...

Liked: Location close to Houston space center, and also close to big road, so was easy to go to Rodeo. Very good that bathroom and toilet are 2 separate rooms, thus if stay 4 people then less queuing.
Disliked: Quite bad ventilation, thus in room co2 level with 4 people quickly went above 1500, so we needed to open window, but as it is close to motorway then it was quite loud with open window. Breakfast was just ok.
