Great location, clean room, plenty of parking

Liked: Great location. Walking distance to NRG Stadium. 15 minutes away by foot.
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken, and during the night, both elevators ended up being down by the morning. Luckily, we were on the 2nd floor but felt bad for the ones who were on the upper floors. Should've offered some kind of compensation. Also. very hard to park when first arriving. They have an access gate, which is great, but it leaves very little room for when u get there to check in.

Liked: The beds were pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The room smelled really musty that I couldn't tolerate it anymore and had to move rooms. I went and checked out another room before moving into it and it also smelled. Finally the third room was okay. The staff was ok. They helped when you asked them questions but I wouldn't say ANY of them were friendly. They were courteous but not warm or friendly. I am not sure if I saw any of them smile. I am not sure if any of them really enjoy their jobs. The location is okay, nothing special that we needed nearby. We were going to stay a third night but the cost went up because it was a weekend to 171 dollars. We stayed in a MUCH nicer hotel for 113 in Houston that third night instead. There are many other hotels that are better, but we are limited with 5 people so we need one with two queens and a pull out couch. It was an okay hotel but I have stayed in far better for the price we paid.

Excellent

Liked: Breakfast was offered at no extra cost, it had a variety of options and they were changing daily. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: It was a bit too busy on Sunday morning at breakfast with trays getting empty within few minutes. Paper plates and plastic cutlery (which is common in the US but needs to change)
