Was not an ok stay...
Liked: The staff was great!
Disliked: I didn’t stay in the room I got in after checkin took a shower went to lay down and couldn’t there was so much dog hairs on the sheets it was as if 10 dogs rented the room that was the second hotel I booked for the day I didn’t complain I politely got dressed and returned the keys to the staff told her about the dog hairs and left. I really didn’t have anymore energy left to make a big deal about it I paid 125.00 for 2 hours Thanks!

Poor cleaning
Liked: I like the location.Front desk service was excellent; breakfast is good; and girls who run the kitchen are kind and very nice.
Disliked: Rooms don’t get clean everyday ( pandemic it’s over) when they clean the room it’s not done properly; they just make up the bed and place new towels; but the bathroom it’s not clean properly; it is very anti hygienic. I pay a hotel mainly for the cleaning service; otherwise I’d rather stay in an apartment or a house.

Disappointed by Housekeeping Standards
Liked: 🌟 Exceptional Front Desk HospitalityFrom the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and eagerness to assist stood out—they truly are the heart of the hotel. Every interaction was met with a smile and a sincere willingness to help, making our stay feel personal and cared for.The location was also ideal—conveniently close to where we needed to be, with shopping and dining options just steps away. But it was the front desk team that truly made the experience memorable.
Disliked: Housekeeping Needs Serious ImprovementOur experience at SpringHill Suites Katy Mills was significantly impacted by the poor housekeeping service. Towels were only replaced every two to three days, and our bed was made just four times during our two-week stay—twice only after we specifically requested it. The bed linens were changed just once, and only after we insisted.We were also disturbed to find two dead cockroaches in our room, which remained there for six days until we reported them. Vacuuming was only done once, again after we requested it.Additionally, the coffee maker in our room was noticeably dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic housekeeping standards is the main reason we would not choose to stay here again.

Disliked: Bathroom potty didn’t flush. Tried to use the washroom in the lobby. That was unfortunately dirty as well. All in the morning too!!
