Liked: This hotel was conveniently located to Houston International airport with a free shuttle. It was clean and comfortable with a free breakfast which was great when travelling to other destinations. The staff were absolutly amazing too.
Disliked: Theres nothing we didn't like about our stay.

A disappointment

Liked: Convenient to airport with good shuttle service.
Disliked: Our particular room #305, a handicap room, was a disappointment (after a long travel day, we had requested a room with a tub). It was big enough, but was extremely bare with an overly soft and uncomfortable bed. The room was very plain … the opposite of cozy and inviting. For practically $200, I’d expect more attention to basic decor from Spring Hill Suites. The breakfast staff was also surly and not customer oriented.
