Disliked: The shuttle took an hour. You MUST call the property if u want a shuttle from the airport even though I was told it comes every 30 minutes. Conflicting information!!

One night stay

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Good size room. The shower room and toilet room were separate, which is always great!
Disliked: I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle pick up from the airport, and the number on the reservation rang for over 20 times each of the three times I called., and no one answered. Fortunately for me, there was another traveler that had made contact to request a shuttle, so I was able to go with them to the hotel. Also, I paid over$200 for one night, but there wasn't even one complimentary bottle of water available in the room! I live in Europe and all European hotels I've ever visited had at least one complimentary bottle of water per night, sometimes 2 (one natural and one frizante). I think that's a nice touch.
