Perfect for an overnight stay.

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. Really nice shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was ok. Exceeded our expectations as we thought it would be only pastries, but there were a few choices of hot foods. Just ok for a quick breakfast before taking your next flight. Shuttle punctual in the morning.
Disliked: The shuttle service to be picked up from the airport. You have to BOOK the service in advance, apparently. (Nothing about this in booking. com that I could find).Then you have to ring them when you are ready to be picked up. It took 3 phone calls (international and not a good system for those who do not have roaming) to get the shuttle to get us 1 1/2 hr later- The pick up system from the airport needs to be improved. At check in, Christina was nice and apologetic, in contrast to the person who answered the phone the third time who kept telling me to be patient! I’d like to know if anyone would be more patient after waiting 90 minutes, getting off a 12 hr flight, three phone calls later and no explanation as to the long wait apart from “I didn’t get your call last time Mam. I don’t have you in the system!”
