Disliked: I was switched rooms 3 times , ac Only goes down to 72 it was hot . Pool was closed they told me different reasons eachtime Until i complained . I had to wait to be transfered rooms And sleep in a hot room . When i was transfered i got a room with a broken tv then the 3rd room The keys didnt work . I stayed tuesday until thursday i finally decided to leave And once i left They opened the pool. Didnt enjoy my stay.

Liked: Attentive staff, good breakfast options, clean room, fresh smelling room.
Disliked: In humid 85+ degree weather only one ice machine working and it was on the 5th floor. Not a good feeling for me.

Liked: The breakfast was just a pretty bland breakfast not something I would pay for.
Disliked: I did not like the bathroom door it was such a small bathroom room you could barely close the door without hitting your knees when sitting on the toilet,beds were not very comfortable

Disliked: Only one elevator working when they knew a big event was coming… the staff charged my room incorrectly then called me all day until I returned from my tour… not great customer service
