Liked: The hotel services are very good, nice staff and it has a laundry room
Disliked: Maybe just adding a little extra variety options to the breakfast

Disliked: The breakfast area seems to be crowded during the weekend.

Liked: - The location and quiteness of the area.- The shuttle service provided by the hotel.
Disliked: - Billing and charging system in the hotel front desk. Even the staff can't explain the continuous deductions and blocks against the card exceeding the total cost of stay by 35%!!- The breakfast was below expectations. Same things for 10 days!!.

Liked: ...the staff was excellent, especially the male concierge who facilitated my check-in amidst banking issues, as well as the cleaning staff and the wait-staff who kept breakfast fresh!

Nice place but too many...

Liked: Location and affordability
Disliked: Staff was cold and impersonal. Breakfast was mediocre and the towels and bedding were scratchy. They smelled like hard water, chlorine really. Hotel linens and towels should be soft and cozy not brittle.

It's okay but never again...

Liked: Bad. there were no scrambled eggs when I went for breakfast, no hot water, no decaf coffee. Everything was running empty. No fruits.
Disliked: more people servicing breakfast. Also, didn't like that I could hear my next door neighbors and also the steps upstairs my room.
