I would stay again when...

Liked: Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast and coffee was really good.
Disliked: The AC was very noisy and inconsistent in blowing out air

Good stopping point for visiting...

Liked: Good pool, friendly staff, nice facilities and free parking for guests
Disliked: Springhill, and many other "premium" hotels today, use industrial egg powder or frozen liquid to make "scrambled eggs". Who knows what they're really made of? If I could change one thing about today's hotels, I would rather have real eggs. My only complaint, and nobody will get 10/10 with fake eggs.

Very friendly staff made this...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk made sure we had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious.
Disliked: The placement of the bathroom in the rooms is a little awkward. Breakfast was very basic.
