HORRIBLE AND NO AC.

Liked: The front desk staff are very friendly.
Disliked: THERES NO AC IN THIS HOTEL!! NOT IN THE LOBBY, ELEVATORS, STAIRS, HALLWAYS OR BREAKFAST AREA. 90° IN THE ELEVATOR IS LIKE BEING TRAPPED IN A CAR WITH THE WINDOWS UP IN THE SUMMER. the first day we ate breakfast in our room.Because the lobby was too hot to eat in, it literally is nauseating. Second day we sat in our car to eat. The ac in the room is the only ac you get in this building but it sounds like something screaming and a jet engine taking flight so we got no sleep both nights. Front desk said maintenance would look into it that day but it was never fixed. Bathroom door doesn't lock or close all the way. There were cobwebs and black mold by the ac and in the windowsill. Bathroom has no exhaust fan or air vent so its like a sauna before you even shower. Key card had to be reprogrammed several times because it wouldnt work....which really sucks going back down 4 floors with all your stuff and no ac. Staff did not refill th soaps in the shower before we checked in they left them empty. Tv didnt work properly and the screen kept going blank. Couch was tore up. Sink in the room backs up. Theres a table in the lobby where they are supposed to put out snacks but during our three days it NEVER happened....someone was always going to 'get to that in a minute' for 10 years this HAD been my go-to hotel in Hampton every year but after my last 2 visits (2 summers in a row) I am so dissatisfied we will never be back this was easily the worst hotel stay I've experienced.

Disliked: our couch in the room was horrible, it had spots all over it and all on the bottom like someone tried to clean it with bleach or something. We wouldn't sit on it looked like it came from outside. Even found a old room key in it which shows they don't touch it!
