Uneventful while being completely enjoyable.

Liked: I didn't experience it, but I did see it one morning and it looked great?
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like about my stay.

Disliked: We love everything

Superb

Stay was comfortable.

Liked: The location was convenient. When we first walked in, the smell that the lobby had was lovely. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. We like how we need our cars keys to enter the doors into the hotel, felt secure. The rooms are arranged well.
Disliked: We didn’t like how some parts of the room was clean and others were not. For example the beds, closets, and bathrooms were clean but the carpet had a sticky feeling, the couch had stains, and the door for the bathroom had grease marks all over it. Overall cleanliness 7/10

Privacy Concern

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, rooms were spacious.
Disliked: Upon check in, I was asked to verify my telephone number and email address, and the type of payment method I used was also discussed (third party) I was concerned about my privacy providing my personal information with other guests in the lobby just a few feet away from me.

Superb

Liked: Location, staff, the room, parking, price.
Disliked: I wish the room had more than 1 TV. Being so spread out made it difficult to see the TV from the bed.

Enjoyed my stay.

Liked: The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Small pool.

Exceptional

Pleasant

Liked: Location. Close to funeral home, and easy access to the highway to travel to the mountains for the cemetery.
Disliked: We were there to attend a family members funeral inGreensboro. It was noisey, breakfast was eaten by the big groups of baseball team members. So for other guest it was limited if anything at all. Then as we left for the funeral home. Asked housekeeping for coffee to be put in room, did not happen. The smell in the rooms, way too strong, not sure if it was the laundry or cleaning material. For people with allergies it made us miserable, hard to breathe.
