Excellent comfy stay!!!

Liked: Absolutely everything!!
Disliked: We didn't find anything wrong with our stay everything was excellent.Courtney the front desk representative was absolutely amazing. She treated us well our kids absolutely loved her. We came for a concert with our kids and it was the most enjoyable time in a while thank you for such a great stay.

Pleasant

Liked: The pool was small and needed updating. The bathroom door did not lock. The tv in the room was in a very awkward position. The staff were very friendly and otherwise a good stay

disappointed as a Marriott member

Liked: location
Disliked: toilet kept running every so often. Shower took forever to get slightly warm water. Requested lower floor & was issued highest floor.

Small family trip

Liked: The room was nice and spacious for 5 people. The staff was great. Very clean. The pool was nice and area remained clean. Only take away would be to let the people staying multiple nights know that they have to request for the cleaning people to come take the trash and fill up toiletries and towels cause I thought they would just knock and ask if we need anything we waiting until after 3 and no one ever knocked and cleaning lady left the floor we were on without knocking.

Disliked: I got charged twice for my room. Haven't been refunded.

Very good

Liked: It was close to my daughter.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn’t give you much privacy. The toilet seat was loose and the light by the bed was broke.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, stocked, and there were a lot of people there but we couldn't hear anything from our room. Breakfast was amazing as well as the pool facilities.
Disliked: Front desk lady acted like we were bothering her. Took over 5 minutes for her to come to the front desk and when she did she was on her phone.
