Wonderful

Liked: The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The whole experience was very nice. It was affordable. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: At night, there was a noise inside the wall where the toilet water pipes were.

Disliked: Room was to be ready at 3 was not ready til 6pm. I drove 2 hours and had to find something to do until room was ready, I can understand a delay, but not 3 hours. I was charged for the room upon check in and I had already pre paid. I did let the reception personnel know that I had prepaid and she said we'll if it charges you again let me know. Sure enough, I looked online another almost 300.00 dollars charged to my account. I was told the manager would refund that was 5/31, it is now 6/2 and no sign of refund. Not able to use pool per staff due to chemicals being put in it.

Liked: Clean room. Great staff.
Disliked: I was charged for 2 rooms in my reservation. When the couple we were meeting arrived, they were charged for their room, as well. So, in reality, we paid for 3 rooms instead of 2.. The receptionist said the original charge would be dropped from my charge card. It wasn't. Disappointing.

Disliked: shower flooded part of the bathroom each time it was used; road noise; the room rate was different every single night ranging from $144 to $279

Disliked: We didn't find anything wrong with our stay everything was excellent.Courtney the front desk representative was absolutely amazing. She treated us well our kids absolutely loved her. We came for a concert with our kids and it was the most enjoyable time in a while thank you for such a great stay.
