Ups and downs but all...

Liked: Very clean. Convenient location for us close to family and good food options.Friendly staff.Decent parking if you get back to the hotel early enough.
Disliked: It was loud next to the laundry room and there was a strange exhaust smell coming through the vents when we arrived. The way the bed faces the bathroom is annoying because of someone gets up to use the restroom in the night or gets up earlier than the other, the person still trying to sleep will get blinded with the light from the bathroom since the bathroom door is frosted glass and not solid wood. My last complaint is personal preference but there mattress was WAY too soft for me.

Just ok, kind of overpriced.

Liked: Nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful for the most part
Disliked: The poorly parented pre teen kids staying at the hotel in the rooms around us were unruly at all hours of the night.(I know this isn't the hotel's fault, BUT the staff could've ended it, they didn't!) I heard them screaming and yelling and running down the hallway at all hours of the night, both nights. The walls were so thin you could hear the ppl in the room next door. The bed was super uncomfortable. I woke up after the 2nd day in that bed and couldn't hardly move. I was also charged twice for the room. Once from booking.com and the second was the hotel itself. I caught it before it actually posted, but it put a hold on my card for 3 days. 440$ that we were going to use to do things in the area and couldn't use it. So that put a real damper on things we had to re-plan what we were going to do, with the money that we had and still save money for the 6 hour trip home.
