Disliked: No hot tub

Liked: The room was perfect for my needs. Had an early flight in the morning and wanted to make it easier for my daughter . Room was very clean . Bed was very comfortable. Mistake was made with shuttle , but it was quickly fixed to get me to the airport on time
Disliked: I was traveling alone . Thought it was odd to have my room next to a family with children . I needed to be up at 3:45. Door slamming , knocking on the door , loud voices from the children and adults . This went on until 9:30-10. Not happy !

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The facilities were clean. Staff was excellent to work with and accommodated our needs.
Disliked: In one of our rooms, there were nerds in the couch and on the floor. There was not any bedding in either room for couch trundle beds.

Liked: We had an excellent stay at this Springhill Suites. The employees we interacted with were professional and very helpful.I would especially like to commend Jayla (early morning desk clerk). She was very helpful and pleasant as we were trying to make an early morning flight.
