Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: At checkin we were not told to schedule our room cleaning. Had to call and schedule. Asked for towels no one brought them. Finally saw cleaners in the hall. Had to empty my own garbage. Room was very dusty due to carpets. No blankets or bedding for pullout couch despite the fact that our reservation was for three people.

Disliked: Pillow and bed comfy but too soft. AC unit too close to the bed.

Liked: The hotel is worn out. The carpeting is worn. The bathroom looks old and the tp holder was too far away from the toilet. The included breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh and it was mostly prepackaged with little variety. Even the coffee tasted off.

Exceptional

Liked: I stayed for the weekend with my girlfriend and the hotel did not disappoint. The shower was clean, couch was clean, counter’s was clean, the only complaint I have is that there were two small stains on the bed sheet. But other then that the location was very nice, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel is really quiet definitely booking here again!
