Disliked: The beds are very hard.A Hotel has one job, that is to have good beds for people and this Hotel did not have good beds.And the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.No comfort in this room.At night, too much light, the light in the hallway was very bright and came in around the door, the smoke detector was blinking all night.

Liked: The customer service was great, very attentive. They even called us after settling in to ensure everything was ok, which is unheard of nowadays. My only complaint is the guy who helped us check-in said the county we live in is “trashy”. Flagler county is known to be a very good county so I think that was uncalled for. And even if it was, that’s not the way to make a customer feel welcomed. Specially since we weren’t even the ones who started the conversation, he saw our address on our driver’s license during check in. I thought it was a bit rude.
Disliked: Everything was great except on the morning of check out we saw a small cockroach in the bathroom. And no, it wasn’t a palmetto bug, I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and know the difference.

Really nice stay.
