Superb

Liked: Clean, nice and convenient location. We have family in the area, so this is our third stay.
Disliked: Parking can be problematic. There are several retail stores around. There is also a $10 per day parking charge!

It’s a convenient place and...

Liked: It is clean and close to many things.
Disliked: It was the night the planets were lined up and as advertise, they say they have fire pits, but the fire pits were not in use. Also, they charge you for parking which they used not to do.

There are lots of nice...

Liked: Very nice place and good location. We uber’d into downtown Franklin and it was a short ride.
Disliked: Parking is a little difficult

Disliked: The staff at the front did not have a clue on the reservation issues. Did not have enough experience, I guess. Name problems with the reservation.
