Disliked: They cancelled my reservation at the last very minute, I realized when I got to the hotel, they had sent an email an hour before but I hadnt checked It I had made my reservation 60 days in advance and travel with kids and they re sell my book the same day my Stay started, they just didnt care

Liked: Love it super clean staff was very nice rooms were very clean and very comfortable!
Disliked: Everything we went to The club World Cup so we didn’t enjoy the facilities but the hotel is very nice

Liked: We went to the Fifa World Club Cup and the hotel has a round trip Shuttle to the Stadium!! That was priceless. Breakfast was great!

Good choice

Liked: The room was good and big. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was enough.
Disliked: I paid for a one king bedroom, and they assigned me a doble bedroom. I don't like that, but i didn't say anything.
