Exceptional

Liked: Customer service was great, my check-in person was very helpful in getting me squared away.
Disliked: The fact that booking didn't automatically adjust my rate, when rate was less at property. The fact that I was not actually able to speak with a person at booking.com regarding the problem, and still has not. Cancel booking and pay at property. Still trying to contact them.

Disliked: Booking.com screwed upu reservation and never sent it to the property. Yet the booking.com refused to refund my money. Your site is a fraud and illegitimate!!! I will tell all my friends and family to never do business with Booking.com
