Disliked: Your website says checkout time at 12 p.m., but the facility has 11am for checkout time.

Disliked: the air conditioner in the room is noisy.

Liked: Rooms are very relaxing and clean, love the shower head in the shower! Always a pleasure when I stay here!
Disliked: I wish they had a waffle maker to make waffles for breakfast.

Solo at Springhill

Liked: The room was clean & comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Big tv that swivels to face either the bed or the sofa. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Housekeeping didn't beat on my door in the morning like some places.
Disliked: The room fridge didn't get very cold for some reason, but it still put a light chill on things so it wasn't that big of a deal. I wish check out was at 12 lol

Disliked: All though we had a king suite accessible room the room was small and difficult to manipulate walker in bed area. I could not get walker pass the bed to bathroom or near shower.
