SpringHill Suites by Marriott El Paso

First time I’ve had issues...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, other Marriott locations have been better.
Disliked: We were in room 218, noisy water pipes, ac was unable to be adjusted so room was hot at night, pillows on the couch were stained, pool was dirty and had lots of leaves in it.

Liked: Breakfast, laundry area, smallstore in lobby for snacks and incidentals, close to movie theater and Walmart, lots of food options nearby.

Liked: Pool n hot tub was really nice and good temperatures,Rooms were spacious very clean, comfortable and appealing

Disliked: I didn’t like that when my husband slipped in the shower went to front desk and got no help. Should have called 911.

Liked: Customer service reps were great and very polite

It was fine.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.
Disliked: The only elliptical in the exercise room was out of order and looked like it had been out of order for some time. Also, would appreciate a selection of more fresh foods in the little store by the front desk.
