Liked: Front desk staff are friendly.
Disliked: I emailed the property to ask about changes to my dates. They did not reply.Worst is they minimum effot in cleaning my room. They did not make my beds and they did not clean the bathroom floor. I know they were busy but this was unacceptable.

Disliked: It would have been nice to have fresh towels, and the garbage emptied every day without having to ask.

Liked: The hotel is next to the train station at East Lansing, and there are some pretty good restaurants nearby. The room is very big and nice, enough for 3 people. The service and facilities in the hotel are also good. Breakfast is included in the room fee
Disliked: You have to have coins for laundry detergent, which is not convenient
