Disliked: After the rooms were priced ridiculously high due to the Savannah Bananas playing..we already were paying over $500 for ONE nights stay..then I’m charged an extra $10 to park in the parking lot..the beds were hard and uncomfortable and so was the pull out couch..we lost power so had no air and no lights during the end of stay in which we weren’t contacted or compensated..this made breakfast an issue as well..I do know it’s something they do extra but most ppl keep this in mind when reserving a stay..it was rather disappointing..we checked out early and left..

Disliked: The manager on site was not friendly or accommodating. The price dropped significant after I booked and he wouldn’t honor an adjustment I was not aware parking was extraI also asked for a king bed instead of doubles and usually people accommodate but he was not helpful in any of my asks I would have expected a bit of flexibility and if not a more kind way to say no

Amazing clean hotel great staff....

Liked: Came down for my Birthday staff truly amazing helpful . Breakfast bar was so good.. saved me time we ate there both mornings. The attendant was amazing too. It smelled so good in this hotel so clean and close to all the things I wanted to do.
Disliked: I couldn't stay longer...I needed a few more days

Liked: I was not going to leave a review, but you all leave me no choice. The internet on the TV was not working and they promised to fix it and call me back, no one ever got back to me. The volume on the TV was set at the loudest and was stuck on the highest. The bed was super uncomfortable and too soft, and the AC could not be regulated, so you are either freezing or breaking out in sweat, simply weird stay. Not worth $174, I paid for the one night stay. I also came down for breakfast it was mushy eggs, waffles, and sausage nope Sorry, but I will be canceling my membership and won't book a stay again. I also booked another Springhill suite hotel for the next day at another location. This experience was even worse than the first. Marriott, please get your act together. This is 2024.

Amazing hotel within walking distance...

Liked: All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice. Very close to downtown and Tobacco Row. Only bummer was all the construction around the property, but nothing the hotel can do about that.
Disliked: Water dispensers were hard to find and there was no water in the room. Had to search a bit and found one in the fitness room. One design flaw is the window in the bathroom door. Cool looking but when someone gets up and turns the light on the bathroom it shines brightly in the whole room and disrupts other's sleep.
