The facilities are immaculate &...

Liked: Everything was nice and the rooms were immaculate.
Disliked: I don't understand why I was charged for parking and it was not stated to me. In fact, I believe they said that since i was staying there, parking was free, But it still appeared on my bill.

OK overall, just a couple...

Liked: Breakfast was a little late, and lacked fruit selections, but was pretty good overall. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. Wifi was good.
Disliked: Room wasn't serviced and/or service policy wasn't explained up front, and the TV never worked. Room was pricey.

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT STAFF

Liked: Great location to the Durham Bulls stadium. We walked to the ACC Championship games
Disliked: Breakfast more specific the eggs and sausage were mediocre at best. Everything else was on point

Liked: The staff was amazingly friendly! First time and Durham and will stay here when we come back. Good location and great value.
Disliked: Didn’t like paying for parking. Understand you are close to downtown but felt like guests should have been allowed free parking.
