Disliked: the pool or hot tub didn’t work this is why we chose this hotel. The breakfast was limited and the next day had a loud fire alarm for over 10 minutes

Liked: Breakfast menu was good and Location was close to my company and so easier to travel.
Disliked: Some improvements can be done as below.a) The lighting arrangement in the suites was quite dim. It was difficult to read/write in such dim light at times. pls think of improvement in this area. The lighting arrangement should be bright. b) Breakfast should have variety and include vegetable items (Vegan food). almost everyday, same menu was served in breakfastc) Ironing machine for clothes which was located in the room was not working properly (was not getting hot to iron out clothes) d) Coffee machine OFF-switch was not working properly. i had to manually, remove the power-plug from the socket to switch it off. e) Room cleaning used to happen only alternate days (where as expectation was daily cleaning)

Liked: My room was nice roomy and comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was closed and that was the reason for the booking. I couldn’t get a refund my kids were upset.

Disliked: The toilet I had in my room was not working properly. It kept overflowing so therefore we had to use the restroom in the lobby which was a big inconvenience. once I went to the service desk to talk about my issue they informed me I’ll be receiving $100 off my room. I never received an reimbursement.

Disliked: That I was over charged for my room that I prepaid for and now I am still waiting for it to be corrected after calling several times to have them refund money o shouldn’t have never been charged.

Disliked: The hotel was loud kids running in hallways all night. The room walls are paper thin you can hear everything and everyone. The worst sleep ever!
